  • How does the service work?

    Our How It Works page contains an in-depth explanation of all our features and a quick guide on placing an order and choosing a suitable expert.

  • How do I fill out the order form?

    Fill out the basic information in the order form on our homepage. It requires you to enter your email as well as specify the discipline and the deadline. Once you do this, you will be automatically signed up and redirected to the extended form. Here you can give us more detailed information about your assignment, write detailed instructions, and attach additional files.

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?

    Press the Forgot Password button at the bottom of the login form. Follow further instructions to reset your password.

  • Is it free to place an order?

    Yes, you do not have to pay until you get what you need. Even when you reserve money on your account balance, you are not paying the expert yet.

  • Can you help me with passing a certain test?

    When we launched our service, our goal was to create a website where students can get help with their homework and at the same time learn something. Thus, we firmly believe it is a student’s responsibility to pass a test. On the other hand, we can help you with assignments similar to those on your test so you can learn how it’s done correctly.

Work on your order

  • When will my assignment be ready?

    You indicate the desired deadline while placing an order. However, you may change it later. We strongly advise you to let the expert know you’ve changed the deadline to an earlier date, because he or she may not be able to cope with your assignment on time due to having a tight schedule.

  • How can I download a completed assignment?

    When an expert completes your assignment, you approve it and release the payment. You can download your assignment in either .doc or .pdf formats by pressing the corresponding buttons.

  • I need to change the details of my order. How can I do it?

    You can modify your order requirements after you’ve placed an order. But note that once you make changes, all the bids experts have already made will be considered outdated. Experts will then make new bids taking into account the changes you’ve made. Also, you can edit the details of your order after an expert has been assigned. But in such a case, you will have to discuss all changes with your expert using the chatbox on your personal order page.

  • I don’t like the way my assignment was done. What can I do?

    You can watch how the expert is working on your order via your personal order page live. If you have any concerns, you can write a direct message to your expert and discuss your issues. Such instant feedback will let your expert understand if he or she meets your expectations and minimize the risk of you getting the assignment done in a way you didn’t want or need. However, you can do so only while the order is in progress. Once you approve the order, and money is paid to your expert, you can no longer request any changes. In such a case, the only possible option is to place a new order and choose editing or rewriting services.

    Our company is based in Cyprus, but our experts come from all over the world. When we hire our experts, we pay more attention to their knowledge, skills, and command of English rather than the country of residence. If you’d like to know where your expert is from, you can ask him or her directly using the chatbox on your personal order page.

  • Do your experts pass an evaluation prior to being hired?

    We carefully choose experts to hire, thus every applicant has to pass several tests to become an expert on our website. Moreover, our rating system is a great indicator of how well a certain expert copes with his or her job. You can also read feedback from a certain expert’s previous customers to find out more about his or her skills.

  • How is a rating calculated?

    Every expert’s rating is calculated automatically based on feedback from all the customers who have worked with this particular expert. An expert’s profile includes other important information, like the number of completed orders and customer feedback on each of them. Learn more about the rating system on our rating and awards page.

  • When does an expert get an award?

    An expert may get an award under certain circumstances which are explained in more detail on our rating and awards page. You can see expert’s awards in his or her profile. Moreover, visit our experts page to see the complete list of our top experts along with their ratings and awards.

  • Do you monitor every expert’s performance?

    Of course. Our rating system is designed to help customers understand which expert is a better choice for a particular order. If an expert did poorly or was behind schedule with your order, he or she will most likely get a low rating from you. On the other hand, we also have a Quality Assurance team who monitors our experts’ performances. If they see that a certain expert’s performance is below average, they’ll inform him or her about this problem and encourage the expert to take measures to improve his or her performance.

  • How can I pay for my order? Is it safe?

    Upload money to your balance on Assignments.ThePensters and pay for your order when it’s completed. Using this method for your payment is tried and tested. Moreover, you can stay assured that you remain secure using this option.

  • When exactly should I pay my expert?

    You’re in charge of your order, so it’s up to you to decide when to pay. We suggest you release the payment after the order is completed. Depending on the size of your assignment and the deadline, your order will be divided into up to 5 parts. This is convenient, since you can make a payment only after the certain part is completed and you approve of its quality.

  • Can I request a refund?

    If you have deposited a certain amount in your balance for future payments on our website, you can request a full refund. To do so, go to the “Balance” tab on your personal account page. Another case is when you have released the payment for your order or a part of it—this money is non-refundable. This is why we encourage our clients to release payments only after they have looked through an assignment and are satisfied with the quality.   • How can I get a discount?

    We launched our website with a concept in mind that we should not interfere in the process of bidding and let both experts and customers decide which price is appropriate. We don’t have discounts per se, but you still can discuss the price with each expert personally during the bidding process.

  • Is your service confidential?

    We guarantee complete confidentiality, which means that no personal information you submit when you place your order will be disclosed to any third party or even our experts. However, we do not control your communication with experts. So, if you don’t want your personal information to be disclosed, we strongly discourage you from sharing any information with your expert that does not relate to your order.   • How can I delete my account?

    Go to your profile settings and press “Delete account.” Please note that you will no longer have an opportunity to restore your account once you’ve deleted it. If you want to place a new order, you will have to create a new account to do it.

  • What happens if I charge back money from my account?

    If you charge back a sum that is bigger than the one available on your Assignment.ThePensters balance, all orders in progress will be automatically canceled. Please contact our support team for help if you’re facing this issue.
