Rating and awards

To help you choose the right expert for your order, we have a rating system and a set of awards which give you more information about the expert who bids for your order.

What’s a rating?

After an expert completes an order, a customer has to rate the quality of his or her help. In addition, every rating is accompanied by a customer’s comment so the expert knows what aspects of his or her work the customer liked most, and which ones he or she has to improve. Go to an expert’s personal account page to see ratings, comments, and the detailed statistics of all completed orders.

What does each award mean?

Awards are designed to encourage our experts to work better and constantly improve their skills. An expert can receive an award for a number of reasons. Let’s have a look at each of them in detail:

Triple Ten is awarded to an expert who completes 10 orders in 10 days and gets the highest possible rating for all of them (namely 10).

Nine Plus is awarded to an expert who has a current rating of 9.0 or higher and has completed at least 5 orders.

Proven Punctuality is awarded to an expert who has completed more than 15 orders in the last 30 days (rated 8.0 or higher) and at least 80% of them were done on time.

Proven Reliability is awarded to an expert who has completed more than 15 orders in the last 30 days (rated 8.0 or higher) and no more than 3% of them has been canceled by either an expert or a customer.

Expert of the Month is awarded to an expert who has shown an outstanding level of performance during a month based on customer feedback, timely delivery rates, the number of returning customers, etc.

Newcomer of the Month is awarded to new experts based on their performance during the first month. This award is temporary and will be displayed in an expert’s profile for one month.

Customer Loyalty is awarded to an expert who has at least a 20% rate of returning customers (starting with at least 10 customers).
